Frequently Asked Questions

The first thing you need to do is fill out our Player Profile to get your information into our Player Pool.  We just collect some basic information about you along with what positions you play and what your playing experience is.

Once your information is in our player pool, all the team managers from our league will have access to your information and you could get invited to join a team or attend a tryout.

The other way you can get onto a team is to wait for an invitation from the league to join one of the expansion teams for the upcoming season.  These emails typically go out in early March for the Summer season and in mid July for the Fall/Winter season.  All you have to do is follow the directions on the email to get placed onto a team...it's really that easy.  No tryouts, no workout days...just register and pay the league fees and you are guaranteed to be placed onto a team.

The Arizona NABA Summer Season typically starts in mid-May and runs through July.

The Arizona NABA Fall/Winter Season typically starts in late October and runs into early March.

For the shorter Summer season, which is typically 10 games plus a single elimination tournament, the cost is around $300.  This includes all league fees, national NABA dues and a jersey and cap.

For the longer Fall/Winter season, which is typically 15 games plus a single elimination tournament, the cost is around $400.  This includes all league fees, national NABA dues and a jersey and cap.

All seasons also include a team award for each division champion along with individual awards for the entire roster.  Team awards are usually some sort of trophy.  Individual awards have been all sorts of things including custom shot glasses, bourbon glasses, t-shirts, custom tumblers, bag tags, and hoodies.
